I purchased a 98 in TV on 04/30/2025 now it has gone out and they are trying to send me my money back when in fact I do not want money I want my TV they say I can go buy a new one
I have done a 300 mile search and not one location have one if so I would have bought it already. I am getting the run around and no results on my warranty claim.

I AM requesting for refund for two...

- - Protective tape stuck on both cartridges; still won't read, causing money loss; requesting credit.
I AM requesting for refund for two cartridge the don't register on printer> Just purchase another and its not registering either. I lost money on two ink cartridges, the tape that attached that protect the cartridge, was stick on both cartridges its not reading.
Your customer service that they give credit back for cartridge that was open. Now I"M out of money for two cartridge.

Hello, my name is Jayciea. I'm wondering how to fix my Android 10.1 inch ONN tablet.
It's on Android 14, and it's the 2024 model in the color indigo. I got it from Walmart.com, and I shut it off one night after watching some YouTube on it. The next morning, I tried to turn it on, and it was stuck on the booting up screen for hours.
I tried Googling solutions, and they all said to boot it into safe mode to reset it, but nothing I did put it into safe mode, so I'm not sure what to do. Also, it is not dead; when I connect the charger, it is at 73% battery, yet still won't power on.

I bought an onn. TV from Walmart in 2024 and I paid for a 3-year warranty.
Yesterday the TV stopped working properly. The TV turns on and I can hear the sound, but the screen is completely black.
I cannot see any picture.
Walmart told me to contact you for the warranty service. I do not speak English very well, so I prefer to communicate by message.

Have an 8-inch onn tablet we bought at Walmart in February. Now the tablet will not take a charge. The cord used for it doesn't last long, apparently.

Really didn't help, said May. I was booked and will help in June.
Someone was supposed to call, no help. When you clearly see that a person is in need and asking for the serial number when the TV is on the wall, and you are a senior citizen talking about reaching up there, really, I don't need to fall.
