The TV has never fallen; it doesn't have any cracks in it. I have only had it for about 60 days. It goes in and out by itself.

Last year my 50" Onn tv showed a blinking hairline across the screen, not a big problem. In February it got a little wider.
Then the whole screen started to act up. Filed a claim in March. Two dots appeared on the right side. E-mailed back and forth.
Showing pictures ect. They kept on saying it was physical damage. Note, i haven't touched the tv since i bought it and placed it on a dresser! Finally they came to the conclusion it was not my fault and send me a replacement.
That took over a month, off course it came in and, well, shocking... Damaged screen .. took another few weeks for them to send another replacement, and guess what, another bad tv... So after a week of not getting an answer, called and they said, "you'll hear from us within 24 hrs"...
Nothing yet, it's been almost 48hrs.
I am a true pissed consumer!!! Lol

Update I finally heard back from the claims team they set an appointment for me take the tv to get repaired at the closet repair shop partner the appointment is March 21st in Kearny NJ I live in North Carolina. This company can't be a real company.
I did all the generic troubleshooting that the support suggested and the suggestions from Google. Then I was told there was nothing that could be done because it's only a 1-year warranty. I then proceeded to show them I have a 2-year warranty from their company. I was then told to fill out the claim form and from there have gotten nothing but the runaround from this company saying, 'Oh, the claims team will reach out in an hour,' and nothing.
Then the claims team will reach out by the end of the day and nothing. Then I was told they would reach out by the next business day, and still nothing.
Now, on day 5, I'm being told the claims team will reach out in 30 minutes, which I'm sure will not happen. Save yourself the headache and pay a little more for a better quality television.
Preferred solution: Honor the warranty and replace my tv

When I tried to contact Onn for troubleshooting steps for a non-charging Wireless Speaker, they did not provide me the correct information. First they sent me to Walmart customer service and I could never connect to a live person to explain the situation.
THEN they sent me from there to Onn Computers which they advise that they will be able to help me.
Call the Onn Computer side and they basically told me it's the wrong department and do not have information for contact for ANY Other department. It really is a shame since I liked the Wireless Speaker and was trying to save it and keep it if I could.
Guess I am not buying Onn products anymore. In this economy, ever cent counts and if there is no customer service for us to contact to help us, then it's throwing money out the window if something goes wrong.

I recently purchased an Onn 10.1 tablet from Walmart on May 7. Upon receiving the tablet, it requested an update, so I tried to update it, but it continues to say that there is a problem updating this device.
This device can't receive any future system updates. Contact your device manufacturer for support.

TV stop working
The TV is only about 2 or 3 months old 75 in and it's half vertical lines kids were watching cartoons when it happened I would like to have a refund or another television thank you very much and send me a certificate in the mail a refund in the mail thank you or give me a call at 2:05-792-**** and explain how you guys do it

Stereo quit after3 years no power it was working fine no issues never moved it or dropped it just stopped working at first it tried to worry but when I tried to select something power went out repeated 3 times nothing then I tried the 4th time no power what do ever switched outlets nothing berry pissed never buy ONN it is crap you couldnt pay me enough to buy your trash.

I was using my stereo; it was working awesome for a while. The sound was awesome, but 2 weeks ago, which would be year 3, I tried to turn on the power.
Well, the selection showed, but when I tried to switch to Bluetooth, the LED went blank—no power, no sound. So I tried again, same thing. Well, then I switched plugs. Everything I tried did not work.
It got to the point it would not light up anymore. Not happy; will never buy another Onn stereo again, and same for their TVs.
Their remotes are junk, same with their updates; they suck. Buy an LG for better quality and stay away from their stereos—junk buyer beware.

I tried writing over a review, but they said it was too long. I used the TV three times in a spare bedroom and now the screen wont turn on.
I dont have the receipt cause I paid cash for it thinking that I could throw the receipt away so now Im stuck with a TV that doesnt work. Im hoping theres something you guys can help me with.

Verified ReviewerDefective and faulty product caused extreme damage to my device
So I purchased the fast charging; 60 watt;type c to type c; charging cord from Walmart in Idaho, along with the power adapter that pairs with it, also fast charging type c outlet 60 watt, and I used it 2 times. On the 2nd time I used it, I did nothing wrong, I plugged in my phone, locked the screen and went to bed.
I woke up about 4 hours later, and went to check my phone for the time, only to find that the device was unresponsive. And EXTREMELY hot. So I immediately unplugged it. Let the phone cool off before trying to perform a forced soft reset on the unresponsive device.
Upon performing the forced soft reset on the device, which is a Samsung Galaxy S9 plus unlocked, the device now is not able to operate. It flashes super bright white the whole time during its rebooting process. When it's finished rebooting, I get a solid black screen. When I press the lock/unlock side button, it flashes a quick white and goes back to being the unresponsive black screen that it was.
Within a matter of 5 to 10 minutes of the device being powered on, the phone is so hot it's almost too hot to hold.
The purpose of my contacting you now is that I am giving you my formal written request for remedy for the $300 mobile phone that your product completely fried in a mere 4 hours of being used. The device is perfectly capable of handling a fast charger without issue. I believe I was sold a defective product that just destroyed my phone and has now cost me lost wages, DoorDash is my main source of income, as well as put me out an unexpected $300 to replace the device that I can't afford.
As I mentioned, this is my formal request in writing for remedy of my loss due to your faulty product. If a reasonable, and fair resolution can not be agreed to quickly, I will be filing a lawsuit very soon.
This is costing me lost wages that average approximately $135 per week that I'm unable to work due to your faulty and defective product frying my phone, the only means I have of making a living for myself and my 2 children to live off of.
I know it will take some time for someone to get assigned to this matter and actually work with me to find a happy resolution that satisfies everyone, so I will give it exactly 2 weeks, and if I have not gotten anywhere with this, or if I feel this matter is not being handled professionally; or if there does not seem to be any agreement to a fair remedy, then I will have my legal counsel go forward with submitting the lawsuit.
I do have proof of purchase for the defective items in question. Thanks for you understanding, sorry that this is happening, and look forward to working together with your team to find a fair and proper resolution that will satisfy both parties in this matter.

My speakers no longer work on my surround sound. I can't exchange it or return it because it's been over 30 days.
I can't contact anyone. They only help with 'TV'. Well, that's not what I'm having an issue with. Money wasted.
