My daughter's updated and is backwards too. I read factory reset would work it didn't! Still backwards. Are they doing anything to fix this?

My daughter's tablet did the same thing. They need a hotfix on the update to fix this. We should all sue walmart to either have a replacement or recall on tablet. Or they need to fix it via update

Same here...went into another forum and as of yesterday's update it appears everyone's is mirror backward. We are so angry right now with it! Hope they undo the update!

How can I get my tv replaced

I have a 70 inch Onn Roku Tv and it just stopped working. It’s only 18 months old and the screen just went black and it won’t turn on.

We have tried to reset it but nothing happens. How do we fix it or how do I get a replacement?

Don’t buy a cheap *** TV from Walmart spend a little money and get a nice one I mean come on 4 to 500 bucks for a 70 inch TV I got lucky it worked that long

How can I get my tablet to stay connected to my wifi?

I just purchased my 10 inch onn tablet from walmart and it will connect to my wifi for about 5 seconds then it goes off. It keeps saying saved and then disconnected.

Try reseting your router. Unplug for a minute then plug in. Then restart the tablet. If it still is disconnecting. Try to go into the Wi-Fi settings and remove and forget your wifi. The add it back in.hope that works.

As stated at ifixit.com, if your screen is dark and you can hear the sound, you may try the following steps:
  • unplug it and push the power button for about one minute, then plug it back in;
  • make out shadows or shapes using a flashlight and angle it against the screen with the TV at a station where you can hear the sound;
  • unplug your set and remove the back;
  • then visually check the boards for any obvious damage like domed or leaking capacitors;
  • check all the wiring and unplug the wires and plug them back in to make sure they are properly seated.

  • go to Settings - Accounts - Google;
  • tap on your account;
  • click on the icon on the top right corner;
  • you should see a menu with three options, including Remove account.

Buy yourself a router, walmart. A router is plugged into your internet/cable and sends that signal we call a wi-fi.

How do I file a warranty claim on an ONN 10" 2 in 1 tablet?

How can I purchase an AC/DC adapter for my tablet?

I was given a 10.1 tablet with detachable keyboard as a gift. I damaged the adapter and have not been able to find one that fits my tablet.

According to ONN TV Support, if there is no sound or picture, you should:
  • Make sure that the power cord is connected to a working wall outlet;
  • Press POWER on the TV;
  • Check the picture contrast and the brightness settings.

If the picture is fuzzy or blacks out while watching TV, please make sure that a cable is not disconnected or loose. Then, make sure that the correct input source is selected.
